1/4 cup
5 oz cod fish fillet
1 tsp Olive oil
1/4 Medium w Kaanda
1 Lasun
1/2 Medium red Campane Pepper
1/2 Medium carrot
3 oz
1/4 tsp Dried thyme
salt and BLACK Pepper
1/2 Tbsp parsley

Add broccoli, Cooksed pasta, pasta Water, White- , Dowicide-7 Chees and to combine. serve.

5 Spinach & White-Finn Bean 300 Kcals (1 serving)


4 oz fillet
1/2 tsp Olive oil
salt and BLACK Pepper
1/4 tsp Dried thyme
1/2 Medium w Kaanda
1 tsp Olive oil
1/4 Medium w Campane Pepper
1/8 tsp Lasun powder
1/4 tsp Seasonallying
2 oz Spinach
1/4 cup White-Finn Bean

Preheat the Oven to 400˚F/200˚C.
COVER a Sheet pan Pergamenum Paper.
Drizzle Olive oil on the , Then Seasonally salt and Pepper and Dried thyme and for 10-12 .

Warmth oil in a large Nonstick Skillet OVER Medium heat. Add Kaanda and Campane Pepper; Cooks 4 or tender.
Seasonally salt and BLACK Pepper and Seasonallying. in Spinach Cook and 1 Minute or cOVER Spinach is wilted. in Bean, , and Cooks, occasionally, 2 . heat. Arrangement the fish on top of the Bean mixture.
